Family Time Vacation Rentals is a community-oriented vacation rental management company based in Utah. We strive to make every stay with us cozy and memorable. It is important to us that each property is designed and staged to provide guests with all the amenities they need, whether they are enjoying the great outdoors or reconnecting with their families.

Having felt the need to escape the "cement playground," ourselves we created Family Time Vacation Rentals to spend intentional time with our children in our personal cabin in Southern Utah. As a result of that experience, we developed our property management and vacation rental business back in 2008.

Family Time Vacation Rentals is currently looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in providing exceptional service and hospitality to all of our guests.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused attitude, and leadership skills. As our Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, retaining, and managing a team of efficient and high-quality housekeepers to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of each property.

To create a team of rockstar housekeepers, it will be incredibly important that you maintain open communication with your staff and ensure protocols and policies are kept to ensure safety in the workplace.

You will also oversee housekeeping operations, such as scheduling staff shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and identifying areas that need improvement.

  • Travel between worksites using your personal car
  • Provide guidance to current housekeepers
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls, and work orders.
  • Coordinate daily scheduling of Inspectors, Housekeepers, and Laundry personnel.
  • Perform cleaning inspections and property inspections
  • Ensure homes are staged and ready to welcome guests promptly
  • Manage supply inventory and place orders as needed


  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Hospitality / Hotel Work Experience preferred
  • Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside


SALARY: $35,000 - $45,000
