POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Full-Time, friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team!
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge in Edisto Beach. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspire and support your team, and ensure every guest space is clean, safe, and inviting. Bilingual fluency is required to effectively communicate with our diverse team and guests.
Your ability to monitor the appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies will be essential in maintaining a pristine and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, inspiring morale, passion, and quality.
- Ensure Excellence: Inspect and guide team members to meet standards for room readiness, cleaning quality, and guest service.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team.
- Operational Efficiency: Delegate tasks, and optimize workflows for efficient operations.
- Coach and Assess: Perform daily inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Follow Best Practices: Adhere to all HHS cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
- Support Your Team: Assist team members and management as needed to maintain smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer Service: Passion for providing exceptional customer service
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Salary: Starting at $19 with $1,000 Sign On Bonus
