The responsibilities of becoming our third-party Housekeeping Company at Bluewater Vacation Homes means being a consistent and thorough team that is attentive to detail and treats each property as if it were your own. In this role, your mission will be to ensure that each property is left in perfect order, completely sanitized and staged for the next guests. We are looking for a hard-working team with an eye for detail who will adhere to our standards, and we can be confident to always do their best work for every turnover. Our ideal vendor will be a strong self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of welcoming guests to a pristine home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commute to properties to clean, stock, and stage short-term rental properties.
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, restroom cleaning, exterior touch-ups, etc.
- Perform and document work according to our brand standards and procedures.
- Communicate to management regarding any maintenance, repairs or supplies that are needed.
- Perform all cleans within the timeframe to ensure each property is ready to receive the next reservation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience cleaning and inspecting properties is a must
- Ability to supply own industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to navigate our company’s apps with ease
- Consistent access to reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- A Tax ID or Social Security Number is required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: Payment is based on an agreed-upon amount per property for each clean once the property has been accepted to your roster.

Schedule: Our company operates 24/7, 365 days a year, which requires a flexible company to be available between turnovers. This schedule will include weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
