Our housekeepers are at the heart of maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere across all our properties. In this role, you will be leading our cleaning team, crafting and implementing cleaning standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guiding new team members with a smile. Additionally, our Housekeeper is there to assist guests during any unexpected on-site emergencies. We're looking for someone with a cheerful disposition, a background in hospitality, preferably within hotels, and superb management and training skills.


  • Cleaning of units individually, in addition to supervising the schedule and cleaning of other cleaning staff members.
  • Supervise and schedule the cleaning staff, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and adherence to cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and adherence to SOPs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning SOPs to ensure all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Train new cleaning staff, providing hands-on instruction and feedback to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Cleaning and basic maintenance of building common areas, hallways, garage, rooftop, and amenities.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, utilizing checklists or inventory software to maintain adequate stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding coordinator and management team to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve cleaning processes and techniques for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Respond to guests requiring on-site assistance in the event of an emergency.


  • Must either live in Harrison Hot Springs and/or have access to a car and be within reasonable driving distance of the property.
  • Proven experience in cleaning supervision, ideally within the hotel industry. - Experience in developing and implementing cleaning SOPs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel easily to and from various sites.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.
