POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Housekeeper at WorldMark Granby- Rocky Mountain Preserve, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resort. Your keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. You will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, while following HHS cleaning procedures and best practices. Your friendly and kind demeanor will shine through as you interact with guests and assist team members to help the department operate efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
- Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
- Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
- Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
- Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
- Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
- Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
- Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
- Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

Hourly Rate: $19
