POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Housekeeper at Mill Pond Realty, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation properties are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for our guests. Your strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will be essential in this position. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ grills, and outdoor areas. Your reliable and efficient work ethic will contribute to providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
This is an Independent Contractor position:
- Part-time positions available year-round
- Full-time opportunities during peak summer season
- Flexible scheduling – work as much or as little as you’d like
- Flat-rate pay per property ($35 - $300): Average home pays $115 and takes 4 hours
- Efficiency is key – maximize your earnings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation properties for incoming guests
- Tasks include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ grills, and outdoor areas
- Restock supplies, report maintenance issues, and ensure properties meet high cleanliness standards
- Be available at least one day per week from 10am – 4pm
- Must be physically capable of bending, lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, and twisting
- Reliable transportation is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An eye for detail, strong time management skills, and great work ethic
- Some cleaning experience preferred

Compensation: Varies per property
