POSITION SUMMARY:

Elevated is seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team in Traverse City, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are spotless and well-maintained, providing our guests with an exceptional experience during their stay. You will work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your attention to detail and strong work ethic to exceed our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use proper cleaning products and procedures to clean surfaces and items. (Elevated Homes & Hospitality supplies all cleaning supplies & equipment)
• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies and amenities, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Collect and remove trash and debris as well as put out trash cans.
• Report, turn in, log and ship all lost and found items.
• Report any damages found to the home or any linens during the cleans.
• Perform detailed deep cleans when requested by the Property Manager or Housekeeping Lead.
• Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different!
• Must be flexible and be able to adapt to the situation and have fun!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of cleaning experience required
• A valid Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Go getter positive attitude
• Love working in a team environment with great communication and also as an independent at times.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $24 to $30 an hour. All pay is paid per home. During interview process pay structure can be broken down.
