POSITION SUMMARY:
Host + Home is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our properties, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Launder towels, linens, and other items as needed
- Restock supplies and report any deficiencies or maintenance issues
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and privacy policies
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role is a bonus
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $19 - $24
