POSITION SUMMARY:

Book NOLA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our short-term rental properties, ensuring that each guest experiences a comfortable and welcoming stay. The Professional Cleaner will work independently, managing their time effectively to complete cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential, as the Professional Cleaner will play a crucial role in upholding our company's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring a fresh and inviting appearance
  • Restock supplies, such as toiletries and kitchen essentials
  • Inspect the property for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to management
  • Adhere to cleaning checklists and company standards to maintain consistency
  • Communicate effectively with the management team regarding scheduling and any guest-related concerns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and bending
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $30 - $38

Schedule

  • Flexible Schedule. Varies based on bookings. Sunday and Monday required.
