POSITION SUMMARY:
Book NOLA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Professional Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our short-term rental properties, ensuring that each guest experiences a comfortable and welcoming stay. The Professional Cleaner will work independently, managing their time effectively to complete cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential, as the Professional Cleaner will play a crucial role in upholding our company's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring a fresh and inviting appearance
- Restock supplies, such as toiletries and kitchen essentials
- Inspect the property for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to management
- Adhere to cleaning checklists and company standards to maintain consistency
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding scheduling and any guest-related concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and bending
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $30 - $38
Schedule
- Flexible Schedule. Varies based on bookings. Sunday and Monday required.
