Why Housekeeping at LocalVR
At LocalVR, our housekeeping team is at the heart of our guest experience. Clean, well-maintained properties set the stage for five-star stays, and we are committed to delivering best-in-class hospitality. As we transition from a contractor model to an in-house team, this role is essential in building our housekeeping operations from the ground up. We need dedicated housekeepers who will ensure every property meets LocalVR’s high standards.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our in-house team. This person will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our properties, ensuring that every guest enjoys a high-quality experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and follows processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning and preparing properties to LocalVR's high standards
- Restocking supplies and reporting inventory needs
- Conducting self-inspections to ensure quality and consistency
- Reporting maintenance issues to the ground operations team
- Following company procedures for cleaning, sanitization, and safety
- Utilizing ResortCleaning to track assignments and document completed cleans
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years in hospitality or the vacation rental industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Ability to learn and use technology for scheduling and reporting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 based on experience
