POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a diligent and dependable Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join our team in Jay Vermont, ensuring our properties are spotless for every check-in.
This opportunity is for part-time and full-time cleaners ready to take on weekday and weekend shifts immediately. While experience in residential cleaning is a plus, if you’ve got the skills and the heart to get the job done, our team is ready to train the right person.
What will your day be like?
You’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests while caring for homeowners’ properties. That means you’re in charge of deep cleaning, laundry, stocking linens and towels, and more to ensure that each space is perfectly prepared for our guest's arrival. You’ll also assist our Executive Housekeeper with administrative duties when needed. Overall, your goal will always be to go above and beyond — no matter the task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, inspections, daily tasks, managing staff, and cleaning
- Ensure homes are check-in ready, including but not limited to sweeping and dusting all rooms and spaces, removing trash, tidying the outdoor grounds, and deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to ensure they sparkle.
- Restock amenities and report major maintenance issues to management.
- Refresh bedding, towels, and other linens.
- While working, stay on top of schedules and time tracking with a fully charged smartphone.
- Use dedicated apps such as Breezeway for documentation and team communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-year residential cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Must have a personal smartphone and be efficient with the use of apps as well as computer proficiency
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- A valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $35 - $40 based on experience and achievement.
Schedule: Must have flexible availability.
