POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a “details person”? Do you have an eye for putting things right? We're looking for a conscientious individual who understands that housekeeping is more than tidying up. At Hallson Hospitality, we expect our homes to look like 5-star hotels when our guests walk in. So, if you have experience in deep-cleaning, making a perfect bed, and setting up a house based on pictures so it looks exactly like it did in the property listing, keep reading!
In this role, you’ll dive deep into cleaning, ensuring every corner of our vacation homes shines. From vacuuming and dusting to sweeping, mopping, and ensuring bathrooms sparkle, you'll see each task through to perfection.
Window washing? You've got it covered.
Fresh linens and toiletries? You'll ensure they're always in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean homes between guest stays.
- Wash bedding and towels.
- Make and style beds.
- Deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Clean and put away dishes.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Style/Stage the house
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a very clean and tidy person.
- Must be organized and dependable.
- Must show up on time and be very responsive.
- Must know how to use apps on a smartphone.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must have your own cleaning supplies.
- Must have your own transportation and insurance
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $15 - $25 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Based on consistent 5-star cleans and arrival times.
Schedule: Most of our cleanings occur between 10 am - 3 pm (after check-out) Typical shifts are around 4 hours, but on some days, you might have the opportunity to work on 2-3 homes. Our peak days are Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday. Be prepared for some bustling activity on these days!
