POSITION SUMMARY:

Join Heirloom as an Inside Sales Representative – A Key Player in Guest Services and Sales

Are you a creative, driven communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service? Heirloom is seeking a talented Hospitality Sales Representative (Inside Sales) to join our Guest Services & Sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll engage with prospective guests, build relationships, and turn warm leads into unforgettable stays in our unique luxury accommodations.

Optimize Guest Experiences and Drive Revenue

As our guests' first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive first impressions. Your main goal? To convert warm leads into bookings while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on direct-to-consumer sales, so no cold calling is required. Success will be measured by your ability to achieve high conversion rates and nurture connections with third-party partners who provide leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and close new reservation sales, focusing on warm leads with very little cold calling.
  • Communicate professionally with potential customers via phone, text, email, and online messaging in line with company policies.
  • Represent the Heirloom brand by providing effective and professional customer service, particularly in writing.
  • Preempt, understand and address customer needs creatively, finding opportunities to cross-sell and enhance value.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals using tools like revenue reports to determine pricing and discounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the guest experience throughout their stay.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and assist with customer support for in-house guests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* As the ideal candidate, you should have sales experience and training. However, if you have excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills and are looking for a promising career path, we invite you to apply.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Native English fluency, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional, friendly phone demeanor.
  • Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
  • Meticulously organized and detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using and learning cloud-based computing platforms.
  • Knowledge of the commercial hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Resides within commuting distance of New Orleans, LA, or Savannah, GA.

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience and achievement
