POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Hospitality Manager and Concierge Lead, you’ll be the primary point of contact for VIP and concierge clients in both Savannah and Charleston, coordinating high-touch experiences like spa appointments, private chefs, tours, and curated local recommendations. You’ll oversee remote concierge services across both markets, ensuring exceptional service.
As our Hospitality Manager and Concierge Lead, you will be tasked with building a trusted network of local vendors and service providers. In addition, you’ll oversee our properties in Savannah—conducting regular inspections, responding to guest emergencies, and coordinating with internal teams to uphold brand standards and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
You’ll also lead market expansion efforts by cultivating relationships with property owners, onboarding new short-term rental homes, and supporting the growth of our local operations team. Internal collaboration is key—you’ll work with other managers to improve concierge processes, leverage technology to enhance the guest experience, and bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to shaping the future of our Savannah operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP and concierge clients in Savannah and Charleston, coordinating personalized guest experiences.
- Manage remote concierge services to ensure support across both markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and service providers.
- Act as the on-the-ground representative for CVP in Savannah, embodying the brand’s professionalism and hospitality.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure homes meet guest-ready standards and brand expectations.
- Respond promptly to guest emergencies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve maintenance or service issues.
- Lead efforts to attract and onboard new short-term rental homeowners in the Savannah area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5 years of hospitality experience (short-term rental experience strongly preferred)
- Collaborative and tech-savvy, with a desire to improve systems and scale services
- Energetic and relationship-driven, able to represent CVP's brand and values in the community
- Excited by the opportunity to build and grow a local presence in a thriving vacation rental marketBased in Savannah, GA, with the ability to travel to Charleston monthly (expenses reimbursed for out-of-town trips)
- Comfortable handling on-site inspections and guest emergencies
- Reliable Transportation
- Willing to begin as a 1099 contractor for the first 90 days, with transition to W2 thereafter
- Availability to work full-time (5 days, 40 hours per week)
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
