POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a powerhouse Head of Marketing & Branding. You’re right for this role if you’re a dynamic, driven, and forward-thinking leader, ready to leave your mark. You’ll take the lead of telling our brand story and creating our marketing strategy, crafting campaigns that connect emotionally and result in measurable ROI.  You’ll succeed in this position if you’re someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats, enjoys variety, and can translate big ideas into creating measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives business growth
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content, email, social media, paid advertising, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the development and consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader organizational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, creative partners, and contractors to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and emerging tools, continuously identifying new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience leading branding and digital marketing initiatives, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth
  • A vacation rental / hospitality industry background is preferred
  • Able to craft compelling narratives across a range of digital and traditional platforms
  • Knowledge of brand development, SEO, digital advertising, marketing analytics, and content strategy
  • Proficiency with industry tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Email Marketing and Automation, as well as customer relationship management systems
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to expertly execute plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style
  • Excel in fast-paced environments with a commitment to staying updated on marketing trends, consumer behavior, and design best practices.
