Join our team as our Guest Relations Specialist, where you play a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction and creating unforgettable experiences.

In this role, you'll handle guest relations, data entry, and correction tasks within our Property Management System (PMS), encompassing reservations, accounting, owner statements, and more. Additionally, you'll be involved in listing optimization initiatives and various related duties.

Your responsibilities will promptly respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure that each guest's vacation is memorable and enjoyable.

This position is full-time and requires weekend shifts.


  • Promptly address guests’ inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Swiftly resolve concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews, documenting feedback to improve our services.
  • Assist in handling refunds, guest damages, and Airbnb support cases.
  • Review housekeeper photos daily to ensure high-quality turnovers and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Provide detailed information about the property, nearby attractions, and dining options.
  • Offer "orphan" or gap nights to guests to encourage longer stays.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to optimize back-of-house operations as needed.


  • Previous experience in vacation rentals is required.
  • Experience with OTAs, such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, etc., and the ability to understand and navigate policies is highly desired.
  • Experience with Guesty and Breezeway is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests in making the most of their stay is needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
