POSITION SUMMARY:

This job is perfect for you if you've been looking for a job where your meticulous nature and dedication to excellence will be key to your success.

In your role as our Guest Services Representative, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience, our owners have complete confidence in us, and our operations run seamlessly.

A Typical Day:

From our office in downtown Fort Walton, you’ll begin by prioritizing tasks and checking in with the Operations Manager for updates. You'll then dive into guest and owner communications, the majority will be responded to via messaging but you will communicate with guests and owners over the phone at times, notably for urgent issues. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries promptly and professionally and accurately handling task management through our software Breezeway. Coordinating with our cleaning staff, we’ll rely on you to ensure that our properties are cleaned to our highest standards and guests arrive to a spotless environment.

The rest of your time will be spent providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing data, and maintaining files.

Why It's a Great Fit:

This role is tailor-made for you if you’re a detail-oriented person who likes to ensure things are running smoothly (the kind of person friends can rely on to plan and have all the details taken care of). You'll enjoy this position if you are also looking for a cooperative and supportive team environment where you’re appreciated for what you have to offer.
