POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Guest Services Representative at Red Rock Vacation Rentals, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their vacation rental experience. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving will ensure that every guest receives responsive, reliable, and friendly support. From handling reservations and payments to assisting with check-in and check-out, you’ll provide seamless service that enhances the overall guest experience. With your resourcefulness and collaborative mindset, you’ll play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring guests feel cared for from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing prompt and friendly support via phone, email, and text
- Assist guests with reservations, payments, check-in/check-out processes, and resolving any issues
- Promote vacation rental properties and upsell services to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and address guest concerns
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence and accuracy in handling monetary transactions
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $18 - $20 based on experience
