POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for two exceptional individuals to join our team as Guest Relations Virtual Assistants (VA). In this role, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
If you take pride in meticulous work, thrive on getting things done efficiently, and understand that the little details make all the difference, this position was made for you. You'll manage guest communications, oversee reservations, and coordinate with on-site staff to deliver flawless service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online chat professionally and courteously.
- Manage and confirm reservations using our booking system.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely, efficient manner.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and other team members to ensure guest needs are met and the cabins are always properly cleaned, stocked, and maintained.
- Provide guests with detailed information about our cabins and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent English-speaking communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
- Experience with Guesty software, Yalelocks and StayFi preferred
- Comfortable contacting and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure our cabins are always in pristine condition.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to learn and remember information about local attractions and amenities to assist guests in making the most of their stay.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to guests' changing needs and requests.
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or related roles is advantageous.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $6 - $9 per hour
Bonus: A bonus will be considered based on performance and company review
