POSITION SUMMARY:
At the heart of every guest's experience is an exceptional Guest Experience Specialist. Your mission is that of a match-maker - to help each guest find just the perfect Vacation Experience for their family, and assist them in their Vacation Planning. We want our Guests to feel as if they’re staying with old friends when they stay with Seaside Vacations & Sales.

What keeps me here at Seaside is the all around room to constantly learn new things and to GROW! I came into this position with no experience in Vacation Rentals, and now, I can't see myself NOT doing this for the rest of my life. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a seamless Guest Check in/Check out
- Assist with all aspects of Front Desk duties
- Resolving guest issues at a high level
- All other duties as needed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Local Knowledge is a plus
- Self-starter and able to work well independently
- Computer knowledge
- Must be dependable and people-oriented
- Must be available weekends and have own transportation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00
