POSITION SUMMARY:

Dynamic Team Leadership

By taking on this role, you'll lead the day to day operations of the Savannah market with direct oversight of property management, housekeeping, and maintenance. With over 70 dwelling units and ~300 bedrooms spanning downtown, historic district, Thunderbolt, Talahi, and Whitemarsh Islands, our Savannah market is a multi million dollar operation, requiring an experienced, organized and entrepreneurial leader for the role. 

Our leadership will rely on you to oversee the office and warehouse space and manage 6-8 full time team members consisting of property managers and maintenance, pool and HVAC techs. Your confidence and performance are key to ensure high guest satisfaction, excellent cleaning reviews, team growth, and vendor management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure high cleaning and maintenance standards and create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
  • Manage guest issues by handling with care, regardless of the time they occur
  • Spearhead team growth and management:
  • Manage market contracts and vendors: housekeeping, landscaping, pool/hot tub, HVAC, pest control
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of all management company infrastructure: storage spaces, vehicles, loaned equipment, etc
  • Responsible for expense approval and management for the designated market(s): consumable supplies, repairs, and client approval
  • Handle property and amenity onboarding and termination within the market

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of  hospitality operations experience, with fluency in facility operation and management
  • Experience leading and building hospitality teams rooted in excellence
  • Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management
  • Exemplary planning, multi-tasking,  and time-management skills
  • Organized and process oriented
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, previous experience working in startups is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to think critically and be resourceful
  • Lives in Savannah, GA or within 30 mins driving distance with access to reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license, upstanding driving record

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary based on experience and achievement with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $125,000
