POSITION SUMMARY:

This will include understanding our financial goals, collaborating with our Financial Controller, and mentoring staff to ensure they align with our values and mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all aspects of the vacation rental operations, including guest engagement, human resources, financial performance, and program and facilities management.
- Effectively communicate the vision, leadership, and strategy to support the goal of the Board with integrity, accountability, and dedication.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance Controller and executive management team to develop and manage the annual budget.
- Review monthly financial performance and articulate areas of variance and ways to enhance the financial performance and value to the organization.
- Develop key leadership team members within the departments and guide their professional development.
- Able to manage a seasonal employee hiring gear-up, training, and monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven management experience with a strong hospitality background is required; preferably in the vacation rental industry.
- Vacation rental or resort experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with vendor management and contracting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and achievement
