POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Myrtle Beach, SC location. This individual will be responsible for owning and driving all operational, financial, and cultural outcomes at the shop, acting as both an entrepreneurial leader and a servant to their team and community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in the hospitality, vacation rental, or property management industries.

As we continue to grow our business in South Carolina, including through strategic mergers and acquisitions, this role will be key in integrating and expanding new business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence. The General Manager will play a critical role in identifying local growth opportunities and driving the success of our expanded footprint in the region.

With a strong ownership mindset, you will treat every decision as if it were your own business—owning P&L performance, driving revenue growth, optimizing labor and expenses, and identifying local growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations across all departments (guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, vendor relations, etc.).
  • Empower and develop teams while setting high standards through example and accountability.
  • Ensure exceptional guest and owner experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
  • Handle owner and tenant property complaints, ensuring legitimate complaints are resolved promptly with a focus on long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and functionality across all properties.
  • Leverage technology, systems, and process improvement to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Act as the face of the brand for homeowners, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and supported.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
  • Create and review management policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Forecast departmental personnel requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of operational leadership experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial acumen and business ownership experience.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence, inspire, and connect across all levels.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence, customer service, and local market dynamics.
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented with experience using property management and scheduling software.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $140,000

Schedule

  • Core Business hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. This role will require weekend work as necessary.
