- Oversee all aspects of operations, including financials, human resources, property maintenance, and stakeholder relations; ensure comprehensive management of revenues, expenses, and team members while collaborating closely with NY-based company ownership.
- Spearhead guest experience management, from pricing analysis, rate adjustments, and reservations to ensuring exceptional and consistent interactions through rental contracts, communications, and property inspections.
- Direct comprehensive property maintenance, ensuring efficient scheduling, cost-effectiveness with vendors, and adherence to the highest standards for all properties, both routine and emergency.
- Harness the LiveRez property management system for optimum efficiency, from guest reservations and transactions to maintenance documentation, while managing third-party platforms like VRBO and Airbnb.
- Lead team initiatives, from weekly management meetings, monthly reporting, and standard operating procedure development to strategic marketing efforts and online brand presence enhancement.
- Prioritize client relationships and feedback: ensure brand excellence by monitoring and addressing online reviews, maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge, and fostering rapport with all stakeholders.
- Exhibit outstanding managerial skills, including time management, multi-tasking, and creative problem-solving to professional communication, team coaching, and fostering a proactive, positive work environment.
- 4+ years of Previous experience working within the vacation rental industry
- Management Experience required
- Customer service with high-end clients is desirable
- Sales and marketing experience in the vacation rental and property management industry
- This position requires our agents to have reliable transportation, and a valid Driver’s License is required
- Montana Property Manager License Needed Upon Hire
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 based on experience and achievement with an OTE (On Track Earnings) of $100,000 - $120,000
Bonus: Based on earned revenue
