POSITION SUMMARY:
Our team is looking for an ambitious, strategic thinker who can deliver extraordinary results. As the General Manager at Luxe Haus, you’ll oversee every aspect of our luxury property management and vacation rental operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, homeowners, and team members. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaborate on growth strategies, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure flawless daily operations of all luxury property management services, maintaining high-quality standards that uphold Luxe Haus’ reputation.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners, ensuring their investments are protected and valued.
- Lead and empower your team, driving operational excellence through strategic goal-setting, training, and mentorship.
- Oversee property inspections, vendor coordination, and process optimization to maintain exceptional property care.
- Manage budgets and operational expenses, providing detailed reporting to support financial transparency.
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
- Stay informed about industry trends, including pricing strategies, market conditions, and local regulations, to maintain a competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of management experience in vacation rental or luxury hospitality, with a proven record of operational success.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing teams and inspiring high performance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PMS, CRS, and CRM systems; familiarity with HOA and vacation rental regulations is a plus.
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and reading P&Ls.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to meet seasonal demands.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA or BS) is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 OTE
Bonus: Bonus paid on home acquisition for both STR and PM verticals

Schedule: Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays required as needed.
