COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Element Vacation Homes is a Central Florida property management company specializing in larger high-quality short-term vacation home rentals. Formed in late 2020 with an emphasis on happy owners and happy guests.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Element Vacation Homes is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on leader to manage and optimize day-to-day operations, with direct oversight of property management, housekeeping, and maintenance. With over 400 bedrooms and growing across three exclusive resort communities in Central Florida, Element is a multi-million dollar operation requiring a dynamic, experienced, and organized leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure operational excellence and drive continued growth.

This position wears many hats including:

Operational Leadership – Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including property management, maintenance, and housekeeping - ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery
> Strategic Planning – Collaborate with the Managing Director/ Visionary to develop and execute long-term business projects that drive growth and consistency ensuring progress everyday
> Team Management – Lead, mentor, recruit and develop entire team, building amazing culture, fostering a positive and productive work environment
> Process Improvement – Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience
> Stakeholder Satisfaction – Ensure extraordinary experiences for all parties including homeowners, guests, team members and vendors
> Property Care – Oversee property upkeep including renovations, coordinate repairs, maintaining property aesthetics at all times
> Compliance & Safety – Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including government mandates, safety protocols and emergency procedures
> Company Ambassador – Staying active in the local community and networking groups as well as the industry at large, while continuously showcasing Element's core values and value proposition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct day-to-day operations ensuring effective coordination across all departments
  • Complete ownership of overall condition of properties
    * Fair warning: our standards are pretty high
  • Recruit, train, grow and support a diverse team
  • Coordinate VIP, owner, and media bookings to ensure exceptional experiences
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of properties including theming and renovation project management
  • Develop statistical models and analyze trends to improve organizational efficiency
  • Documenting processes to further develop and improve our Playbook of standard operating procedures
  • Ensure accurate reporting and logging of relevant information
  • Manage workforce coverage to support operational needs
  • Achieve or exceed established business and financial objectives
  • Participate in after-hours MOD duties and attend required meetings
  • Address emergencies and guest issues promptly and effectively
  • Actively respond to and manage online feedback and reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry
  • Experience in implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework preferred
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams with an in-depth understanding of marketing, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and owner relations
  • Broad financial literacy including budget development & interpretation, basic accounting procedures, and cash flow management
  • Out of the box thinker & aggressive problem solver – you don’t let anything stand in your way – no excuses
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – vital for establishing genuine connections and trust with guests, owners, and team members
  • Capable of operating autonomously under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and excelling in a fast-moving environment with urgency

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: OTE (On Track earnings) of $100,000 - $120,000 (salary + incentive structure based on performance)
