POSITION SUMMARY:

As the General Manager at Cinnamon Beach Vacations, you will be instrumental in the success of our growing vacation rental business. Reporting directly to our owners, you’ll be the captain of our daily operations, leading our dynamic team and ensuring that our high service standards are consistently exceeded. Results-focused and innovative, you'll solve problems with creativity and enthusiasm, all while driving the team toward excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage business operations, including planning, budgeting, staff allocation, and resource utilization.
  • Hire and integrate new leaders as needed, ensuring effective communication of the company’s vision, mission, and values to improve business outcomes and enhance guest experiences.
  • Oversee property management, guest services, and maintenance, ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle purchasing, service contracting, and lead projects, including change management initiatives.
  • Support marketing planning and lead generation.
  • Document processes and procedures according to established structures and enforce, train, and assess staff compliance to maximize performance.
  • Assist frontline personnel with inquiries regarding company policies, guest complaints, and claims to maintain the brand’s reputation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality or vacation rental management experience, preferably in a boutique-style setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven ability to lead, organize, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams, guests, and property owners.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in property management software and digital marketing for lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals and drive business growth through operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on company and individual performance
