POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Furnished Rental Housekeeper, your hard work ensures each home feels and looks brand new; it also sets the stage for life to be lived and memories made.

This role will require you to clean, stock, and maintain rental homes between each guest's stay. Currently, cleaning will be necessary between monthly stays, with nightly stays introduced soon. Initially, this position will be paid on a per-clean basis, with the opportunity to move to salary as the company continues to grow.

To be the right candidate, you must be detail-oriented, have an eye for quality, and take initiative to exceed expectations. It’s also vital for you to be coachable and able to interpret customer feedback so that we can consistently provide an even

better guest experience. We are searching for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thorough cleaning of apartment units, including deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and staging the home for the next guests.
  • Laundry duties are required.
  • Record any maintenance issues or missing or broken items and report them to the Property Manager
  • Deal with any feedback or complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them as needed
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule to attend to turnover cleans as needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability and a positive attitude are crucial

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $150 per clean

Availability: Must have flexible availability
