POSITION SUMMARY:

JCQ Services, Inc. is looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring a warm and professional experience for visitors and staff, while also providing administrative support in the daily operations of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
  • Place orders for supplies and manage inventory (stationery and cafeteria items)
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns
  • Keep conference rooms and cafeteria areas well-stocked
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing rooms and materials
  • Support general administrative tasks assigned by the Human Resources Director
  • As other job as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in reception or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & computer tools)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
