POSITION SUMMARY:

Join us as our Overnight Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor and kickstart magical moments for families and travelers eager for their Orlando adventure. In this position, you’ll be the night-time face of our hotel, ensuring a smooth welcome for late arrivals and efficient send-offs for early departures. Beyond guest interactions, you’ll balance the day shits accounts and perform other administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Your primary responsibilities will be: 

  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service, smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a memorable stay.
  • Upholding Operational Standards: Keep the front desk running seamlessly, balancing accounts and maintaining procedures with precision.
  • Teaming for Excellence: Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment through the night.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check-in guests, answer phones and take reservations
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • 1 year of experience working at a hotel (one location)
  • Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
