POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and exceeding expectations? This position is perfect for you if you’ve been looking for a role where you can participate in hiring front desk staff and shuttle fleet staff, and develop and implement training processes to retain staff to ensure seamless operations and coordination of guest and owner services.
Acting as the guest and owner liaison is part of this role, answering questions about policies and services, as well as sharing knowledge on skiing, skating, sleigh rides, and other local activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure coordination of guest and owner services such as housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle and personally fulfills required task(s) if the need arises.
- Hire quality front desk and shuttle fleet employees and actively participate in planning, assigning, and directing work of the front desk staff
- Develop and implement training procedures to assure the growth and retention of a quality work force, and to ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all staff.
- Assist on departmental budgets
- Answer inquiries pertaining to lodging policies and services.
- Advise guests of available activities such as skiing, skating, sleigh-rides, local events and other activities or concierge services as requested.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate delivery of supplies and services.
- Maintain a secure key control system to ensure the safety of our guests, owners, and their property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- 2 years of front desk experience
- Basic computer skills required, experience with Track, Breezeway and V12 a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $24/hour - $26/hour based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Discretionary bonuses available

Schedule: Available to work all hours, including weekends and holidays, with varying shift schedules.
