One division of our firm delivers fractional CFO and controller services to companies preparing for acquisition. We focus on architecting scalable financial systems and building operational integrity that supports growth and clean exits.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in variety and brings order to evolving systems. You will support the CEO in designing, optimizing, and operating the financial and strategic structure of multiple companies. Each client is preparing for acquisition and operates differently. Part of your challenge will be to understand their landscape, resolve inefficiencies, and create structure that scales.
You will not be stuck in a repetitive workflow. Instead, you will help execute a proven framework across distinct entities while navigating shifting priorities and maintaining high standards. This position blends financial operations, systems integration, and strategic implementation.
The role requires both precision and adaptability. You will work independently but always aligned with clearly defined objectives and delivery timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Will Do
- Build and refine each client’s financial operations process
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Track and classify expenses and audit invoices
- Coordinate homeowner payouts and trust accounting
- File municipal and occupancy tax reports accurately and on time
- Maintain and reconcile data across:
- QuickBooks
- Property management systems
- Payment platforms
- Spreadsheets and Airtable
- Bank and credit card accounts

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Flat rate per contract, paid monthly + Commission on each company acquisition
Monthly Compensation Potential $900 - $9000
