POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Maitland, FL. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on client engagement, relationship building, and closing new business without the burden of cold calling.

Our dedicated marketing team manages lead generation, educational events and appointment scheduling, ensuring your calendar is filled with qualified prospects ready to meet. You’ll have the time and tools to do what you do best: provide exceptional financial guidance and deliver outstanding client experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with clients to assess their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and present customized financial and retirement strategies.
  • Close new business opportunities with leads provided directly to you.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client information using our CRM and technology tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
  • Series 65, 66, and/or CFP, Insurance
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and closing business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Pay: $120,000 - $200,000 Annually
