POSITION SUMMARY:

We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented, highly organized Field Operations Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be hands-on and oversee onboarding new vacation rental properties, coordinating every step to ensure seamless setup and timely execution. From managing installations to working with various vendors and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each new property is meticulously prepared to meet our elevated standards for guest readiness. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional vacation experiences for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in onboarding new vacation rental homes seamlessly, ensuring all setups are perfectly aligned for guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee installation processes, coordinating furniture deliveries and final touches to guarantee homes were guest-ready.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely promotion and listing of new properties on our platforms.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, property owners, and team members to manage timelines and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure every home meets our high standards, enhancing guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Clear and concise communication facilitates smooth operations and collaboration across various teams.
  • Maintain consistency in documentation and reporting, ensuring a professional and error-free presentation.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Perform routine inspections after homes go live.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in property management, home staging, construction coordination, project management, or a similar field is required.
  • Vacation rental industry experience is preferred.
  • A natural multitasker with strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different teams, from installers to operations.
  • Problem-solver mindset with a proactive approach to managing installations and timelines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 with OTE $70,000

Bonus: Bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance.
