POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Field Inspector, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our properties are always guest-ready and up to standard. Your responsibilities will include inspecting properties for overall condition, supporting quality control efforts, and working closely with our maintenance and cleaning teams to address any issues promptly and thoroughly.
This role is essential in upholding the high standards our guests expect. From spotting small details that make a big difference to ensuring that every space is clean, functional, and welcoming—you’ll play a vital role in upholding the quality and consistency that define our guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Follow detailed checklists to identify maintenance needs, damage, and cleanliness issues.
- Document and report inspection results, including any required repairs or follow-up actions.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Be hands-on for small maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and adjustments.
- Manage and track inventory for owner’s closets, ensuring items are stocked and in good condition.
- Ensure properties are in top condition for guest arrivals.
- Collaborate with other team members to report and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Use smartphone and company apps for property inspections, documentation, and communication with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Process-oriented with the ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Able to perform minor maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Strong communication skills to report issues to the team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in property inspections, maintenance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $18 - $20
