POSITION SUMMARY:
We're seeking a full-time, experienced general maintenance technician position to keep up with our growth and goals.
This position visits our properties to perform routine maintenance duties, troubleshoot issues that arise, connect with third-party vendors for jobs outside of your scope, and ensure each home meets our high standards and is ready to welcome guests upon arrival. You will be relied upon as our Maintenance Technician to get the job done with an outgoing energy. This role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an ambitious and knowledgeable team in a beautiful location while utilizing your skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to assigned work orders such as light plumbing issues (unclogging toilets, leaky faucets), paint touch-ups, furniture repair, etc.
- Complete scheduled, routine, preventative maintenance tasks (power washing pool coping, changing light bulbs in fixtures, changing HVAC air filters, etc.)
- Respond to emergency work orders. Promptly and efficiently rectifying the situation.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Communicate with leadership, team members, vendors, and outside contractors.
- Additional maintenance tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in general maintenance is a must.
- Basic hand tool & power tool knowledge is a must.
- Ability to troubleshoot processes.
- Comfortable using software and phone apps.
- A driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $17.00 - $21.00 /hour
