POSITION SUMMARY:
Our organization is looking for the perfect candidate to take on the remote role of Executive Vice President. We require a candidate with 10+ years of experience managing operations across multiple regions and a solid track record of success.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re an influential leader with proven Vice President or higher experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to motivate on-site management teams and drive success by creating a positive culture, implementing HHS programs, and ensuring that policies and best practices are followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold HHS quality standards across multiple facilities in the region.
- Oversee budgetary performance to control costs and maximize profits.
- Negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Manage safety initiatives to reduce worker’s compensation incidents.
- Lead and drive adoption of new programs and initiatives at the account level.
- Execute startup processes for new accounts and ensure smooth transitions.
- Coach direct reports, set clear expectations, and build a pipeline of future leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience managing operations across multiple regions
- Currently in a VP role or higher level role
- Ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time
- Must have experience in Hotels and Lodging
- Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and orderingplatforms
- Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 based on experience and achievement + Bonus
