POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to be the cornerstone of our revenue-generating activities. You’ll lead the charge in creating streamlined processes, empowering teams and ensuring flawless execution of initiatives that drive growth both domestically and internationally. Additionally, you will own reporting for key KPIs and the business funnel, serving as the critical source of truth for our growth strategy. This role will have three direct reports: one U.S.-based manager and two international sales representatives stationed abroad. With a sales team of approximately 10 members—and plans for further growth as we expand into new markets—you will oversee the alignment of sales processes and work closely with the leadership team to successfully launch and scale our international operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve scalable sales processes to enhance efficiency, accountability and overall team performance
  • Analyze performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations that drive revenue and operational efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new international regions, adapting sales and marketing approaches to align with local market dynamics
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and enable scalable processes that support growth initiatives
  • Own the development and maintenance of comprehensive reporting frameworks for KPIs and funnel performance
  • Ensure seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to optimize campaign execution, lead management and overall revenue growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 7+ years experience in revenue operations, sales or sales operations
  • At least 3+ years of managing decentralized sales teams and other people managers
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot) and other sales and marketing tools
  • Deep knowledge of VoIP and phone systems
  • Strong background in identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes to enhance team productivity and accountability.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, marketplace platforms, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
