POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re searching for a seasoned Director of Partnerships to lead and grow our network of strategic alliances in the property management tech sector. This role is pivotal in driving Turno’s expansion by cultivating relationships with top short-term rental (STR) industry players, positioning Turno as an essential solution in their offerings.

In addition, you’ll oversee a small team focused on promoting engagement and adoption of Turno’s platform through partner-led channels, driving subscription sign-ups, and connecting users with cleaners via our marketplace. Your expertise in managing technical integrations and building successful partnerships will be key to extending Turno’s influence in this rapidly expanding industry.

This role will require flexibility for company-sponsored travel up to 25% of the time to attend networking events and tradeshows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage relationships with 20+ active tech partners.
  • Identify, negotiate, and forge partnerships with new and emerging players in untapped markets.
  • Collaborate closely with tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of partner solutions.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, including revenue growth and user acquisition metrics.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key strategic partners to enhance engagement and drive business growth.
  • Supervise one team member responsible for managing outbound marketing campaigns targeted at users accessing Turno via partner integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth knowledge of property management software and platforms within the short-term rental (STR) industry; Vacation Rental industry experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships or strategic alliances within technology or property management, including budget oversight and resource allocation.
  • 3+ years specifically in business development or partnership management, with a track record of forging successful industry relationships.
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms and marketplace models, particularly in partner-driven growth and adoption strategies.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and the ability to manage complex data connections to enhance partner solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive engagement and build lasting partnerships.
  • Flexibility for company-sponsored travel up to 25% of the time to attend networking events and industry tradeshows.

Annual Salary: OTE $132,000 ($85,000 - $110,000 base salary + 20% commission)
