POSITION SUMMARY:

Step into a pivotal role as our Director of Operations, where your expertise in translating strategic visions into operational excellence will propel our luxury cabin rental business forward. Overseeing every operational facet, from the efficient management of work orders to the implementation of business improvement initiatives, you’ll ensure each guest's experience surpasses expectations. This role also requires you to be a numbers-savvy leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate the complexities of revenue management, ADR, and occupancy to grow our portfolio, strengthen our brand and increase revenue.

This hybrid role will require frequent travel to our cabins In Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We will only consider applicants who are located within a reasonable and drivable distance of Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize established processes and create new ones as necessary to create efficiency and improve the overall guest experience;
  • Monitor and meet maintenance, cleaning, and guest KPIs.
  • Monitor and meet broader company KPIs.
  • Oversee the operations staff to ensure training, know-how, and information are on-brand and timely.
  • Travel to Broken Bow as needed to implement new practices (on average once per month).
  • Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three years as an operations manager or similar for a reputable STR management company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs preferred or a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience and success as a director at a reputable STR management company
  • Must be a kind, creative, self-starter
  • Highly motivated with motivational leadership skills;
  • Highly proficient with Track, Google Apps, and other STR-related software;
  • Proficient in data analysis and dynamic pricing strategies, identifying trends, as well as creating and monitoring KPIs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: Up to $100,000 base

Bonus: There is a total compensation potential of $115,000 for highly qualified individuals who contribute significantly to company success. This includes yearly bonuses, a 401(k), and profit-sharing based on company performance.

Availability: Your hours will be primarily Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. However, this position also requires availability after hours and on weekends to handle guest-related issues as they occur.
