RESPONSIBILITIES:
How your analytical skills will impact our success:
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics systems, integrating complex datasets into simple, processable frameworks for growth identification and organizational evaluation.
- Analyze data trends and growth opportunities, creating and implementing best-practice reports through comprehensive data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Assess and enhance internal system efficiencies and accuracy, establishing protocols for data handling, processing, and cleansing.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand and prioritize analytical needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and regular status updates.
- Innovate in data interpretation and analysis, crafting rich interactive visualizations from multiple data sources for decision-making support.
- Spearhead data acquisition and integration strategies, employing optimal methods and tools to ensure solution scalability and performance.
- Design, develop, and manage databases from various sources, creating scripts to improve the flexibility and scalability of data evaluation processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience mining data as a data analyst
- Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Strong SQL or Excel skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
- Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $7 - $9 per hour based on experience and achievement
Bonus: You’ll be awarded an annual bonus based on your performance and contribution to the company's growth.
