Nomadics is seeking an ambitious and driven 100% commission-based Corporate Sales Manager to join their remote team. A successful candidate will build relationships with clients from a multitude of industries, including film, insurance relocation, corporate housing, travel nursing, and temporary industrial projects bringing in out-of-town workers.
As part of this role, the Corporate Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities while developing existing customer relationships. You will act as the first point of contact between Nomadics and its customers and should provide exceptional customer service experience during all interactions. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing customer needs accurately and quickly, soliciting customer feedback, and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the sales process.
In addition to excellent intrapreneurial skills and a keen eye for detail regarding market research and trends across different industries, the ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively within our team environment.
This 100% commission-based package holds tremendous untapped potential for income growth, with most commissions on bookings ranging from $300 to $4,000, depending on the booking size. - Build and establish your phone book and client relationship list.
- Continuously branch out to extend your network of clients and relationships.
- Provide secondary customer service to these accounts, including VIP service.
- Daily emails, phone calls, and the occasional office visit as needed.
- Keep up with emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Sales experience is required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Open to new challenges.
- Ability to be an Intrapreneur and build a business inside of a business.
- Ability to establish systems that keep bookings running smoothly.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $150,000 (salary is 100% commission-based)
