POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Common Area Cleaner at BBA HOA Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance and cleanliness of our high-end condominium properties in Destin, FL. Your keen eye for detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to work independently will ensure that our common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and outdoor spaces, consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your friendly demeanor and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our owners and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and entryways.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including pool decks, walkways, and parking garages/lots.
- Wipe down pool furniture and outdoor seating areas as needed.
- Clean grills and grill area as needed
- Remove debris, sand, and litter from beachfront access areas.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a polished appearance.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handrails, doorknobs, and elevator buttons.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to owners and guests.
- Assist with special cleaning requests or event setups as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Experience working in a high-rise condominium, hotel, or resort setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and best practices for sanitization.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $17.00 - $18.00
