POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Common Area Attendant at Ocean Oak Resort, you’ll help create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment throughout the entire resort. Your day-to-day will include keeping lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, elevators, and stairwells spotless and stocked with fresh amenities.

You’ll also assist with delivering guest supplies and ensuring shared spaces always look their best. If you're dependable, take pride in the details, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this could be a great role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and sanitize all assigned common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, lounges, elevators, and stairwells.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to maintain cleanliness.
  • Deliver guest supplies to units as requested.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in public restrooms.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
  • Monitor and report any damage or safety concerns in common areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate signage when cleaning.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, or staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
  • Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
  • Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

Schedule

  • 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 5 days a week
