POSITION SUMMARY:
This role requires someone with a "reach out to them before they reach out to us" approach and the ability to create scalable processes for client success as CVP continues to grow.

We invite you to look into this Client Success Manager position. This position will serve as the primary liaison between our team and our property owners.
In this role, you will ensure that every owner receives accurate, proactive updates on their investment performance, allowing them to make informed decisions confidently.
You will work closely with Revenue Management, Guest Experience and Maintenance to provide detailed property/portfolio performance updates, manage all owner communications, and oversee the client onboarding process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring proactive, structured communication and clear expectations.
- Deliver performance reports and insights, including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, review scores, and maintenance updates, to keep owners fully informed.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to full property management while guiding owners through setup and performance tracking.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to monitor property performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop structured communication systems and workflows, ensuring consistent, transparent updates for property owners.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams (Revenue, Guest Experience, and Maintenance) to align owner priorities with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and build long-term, trusted relationships with high-value clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Client Facing role required. Experience with investor relations, client success, or account management in the vacation rental industry required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and professional approach.
- Experience managing onboarding processes or transitions within a service-based industry.
- Proficiency in Breezeway, Guesty, Wheelhouse, and Excel is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with a preference for well-defined processes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary with OTE (On Track Earnings) of $67,500- $78,750
