Position Summary
Fellowship Financial Group is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Maitland, FL. This role is essential in supporting our advisors and clients through seamless coordination of retirement planning services, account management, and daily operations. You'll work closely with both clients and internal team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth execution of financial transactions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment and excels at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. You'll be responsible for managing retirement income distributions, coordinating annuity applications, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being while working collaboratively with experienced financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Coordination
- Deliver responsive, high-quality client service and resolve issues end-to-end
- Serve as liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring clear communication
Retirement Income Support
- Execute distributions, RMDs, and withdrawals accurately
- Prepare client-ready meeting materials (income summaries, plans, updates)
Annuity & Case Management
- Manage annuity applications, transfers, and rollovers through completion
Operations & Account Management
- Support account opening, transfers, and maintenance (ACATs, paperwork)
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
CRM & Reporting
- Track service metrics and ensure all tasks and follow-ups are completed and documented
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years minimum in wealth management, financial services, retirement planning, or insurance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related field)
- Knowledge of retirement income concepts (RMDs, distributions, Social Security)
- Annuity or insurance experience
- Familiarity with tools like Orion, Tamarac, or Black Diamond
- FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63/65/66) or Life & Annuities license
Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule
Annual Salary: $60k-$70K based on experience
