COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are a growing private-pay mental health practice seeking a Client Experience & Growth Director to help expand our reach in the community. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, passionate about healing work, and energized by people and connection. We are looking for someone who believes in the power of therapy, understands how much access matters, and wants to help others find comfort, hope, and healing.
This position is deeply relational. The core mission is to fill therapists' caseloads and grow our clinical team by establishing strategic referral relationships and recruiting aligned professionals into the practice. You’ll work alongside our leadership team, marketing vendors, and community partners to ensure that our practice is known, trusted, and well-connected throughout the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Engagement & Referral Development
- Represent the practice in the community through active networking and outreach.
- Attend events, visit local businesses, and build long-term referral relationships.
- Identify and nurture 1:1 connections that lead to client referrals.
- Stay connected to local trends and needs in mental health care.
Therapist Recruitment Support
- Develop relationships with universities and clinical training programs.
- Attend career fairs and host informational sessions to attract new talent.
- Support the recruitment of therapists who align with our mission and values.
- Guide new therapists through the transition into our practice.
Vendor Collaboration & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate efforts with our Google Ads, SEO, social media, and website contractors to ensure consistency and alignment with our growth goals.
- Help ensure all marketing communications reflect our mission, values, and voice.
- Track data on new client referrals, therapist onboarding, and outreach activity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in outreach, business development, admissions, recruiting, or healthcare marketing.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to attend events or visits (some evenings/weekends may be required).
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with public speaking or representing a brand.
- Prior experience working in or around behavioral health, mental health, or wellness is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $50,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
Quarterly Growth Bonus:
- Earn 1% of the total revenue growth for each quarter compared to the previous quarter.
- This rewards consistent progress as the practice grows.
Therapist Hiring Bonus:
- Earn $500 for each new part-time therapist who reaches an average of 15 clients per week.
- Earn $1,000 for each new full-time therapist who reaches an average of 25 clients per week.
- These bonuses encourage filling offices and helping new team members build their caseloads.
Office Expansion Bonus:
- Earn a one-time $3,000 bonus for each new office successfully opened.
- “Successfully opened” means the office is staffed and accepting clients.
Networking Stipend:
- $250 per month for travel, community outreach, and professional events.
Earning Potential:
- Typical earnings range from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn over $100,000 as the practice continues to grow.
