As Chief Operating Officer / General Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence. Reporting directly to our visionary CEO, you’ll transform high-level goals into actionable strategies that improve efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.
Your day-to-day will include —overseeing key business functions, ensuring seamless operations, leading department heads, and optimizing processes to maximize performance. It’s important to be comfortable mentoring teams, problem-solving on the fly, and making critical decisions that shape the company’s future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate Vision into Execution – Act as an Integrator and collaborate with the CEO to implement business strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Optimize & Scale Operations – Oversee and improve day-to-day processes to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Drive Revenue & Business Growth – Develop and execute plans for new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and financial goals.
- Inspire & Lead Teams – Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Innovate & Problem-Solve – Take the initiative to implement creative solutions that support long-term success and adaptability.
- Ensure Excellence – Maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest experience across all properties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Senior Leader – Background in a COO, GM, VP, or similar executive role within vacation rental management, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Operationally Savvy – Proven expertise in strategic planning, revenue growth, operations management, and financial oversight.
- Results-Driven – A competitive, goal-oriented leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
- Innovative & Adaptive – Comfortable making quick, high-stakes decisions in response to changing conditions.
- People-Focused Leader – Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills to motivate and align teams.
- Entrepreneurial Thinker – Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Local or Willing to Relocate – Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Outer Banks (Dare/Currituck Counties).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 based on experience and achievement, On Track Earnings of $135,000 - $185,000

Schedule: Weekdays from Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
