POSITION SUMMARY:
South Lake Tahoe based vacation home management company is seeking a highly capable, experienced professional to join our leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator (GM) to develop, manage, and lead our company to new heights. This position is responsible for oversight of the company's entire operations, both administratively and operationally, and involves time in the field in both South and North Tahoe / Truckee (though most work would likely be in South Tahoe). Work closely with the company owner, leadership team, and department heads to strategically direct the company on a day-to-day basis.

You have considerable experience building and leading teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are detail oriented and strategic in your approach to work. You are a quick learner and decision maker, and are outstanding at multitasking and managing your time effectively in a fast paced environment. Experience implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework as an Integrator is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn most jobs and systems in the company including field and administrative positions
- Work closely with company owner to contribute to, integrate, and execute company vision and objectives
- Oversee company departments and staff, holding accountable to expectations
- Oversee company hiring initiatives, building appropriate teams to achieve company objectives
- Constant engagement with company staff and systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant team building, management, and leadership experience
- Vacation Home Rental industry experience or other property management / service operations experience
- Experience implementing or working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework as an Integrator is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Significant customer service and professional experience
- Highly organized and able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- Supreme delegator and highly resourceful
- Flexibility to work Holidays and / or weekends to accommodate company and client needs, if needed
- Willingness to work in a multitude of tasks and functions, including getting hands dirty
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$130,000 - $160,000 OTE
Eligibility for a performance based raises, bonuses, and commission in business growth
