POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and Bilingual Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing firm.
Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the COO will be responsible for translating vision into execution - building scalable systems, strengthening internal operations, and ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to perform at a high level.
This role works closely with firm leadership, including department heads and senior leaders, and requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively support both our internal team and diverse client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership & Execution
- Oversee daily firm operations, including case management workflows, administrative processes, and internal systems
- Design and implement scalable operational structures that support firm growth and increased case volume
- Identify operational gaps and proactively implement process improvements
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, consistency, and high performance
- Partner with leadership to clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations across departments
- Support managers with performance management, conflict resolution, and team development
Strategic Growth & Optimization
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic initiatives tied to revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure operational readiness as the firm expands services, staff, and community impact
Systems, Risk & Compliance
- Streamline intake, litigation support, and settlement processes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Identify operational risks and implement safeguards, controls, and technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive operations experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience scaling teams or organizations in legal, healthcare, or professional services environments
- Strong operational, organizational, and systems-thinking skills
- Experience leading teams, managing performance, and implementing process improvements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a hands-on approach
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay: $100,000.- $120,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, additional hours may be required based on operational needs.
